Relief
Pain relief starts with finding where the pain is really coming from. Much like a car, the body can show a problem without an obvious cause. We find the underlying issue and start treatment to reduce inflammation and restore range of motion.
Correction
Once we know the cause, we start corrective care. Visits may be more frequent at first and taper off as you heal. You'll leave with exercises and care instructions so recovery continues between visits.
Maintenance
We coach you on stretches tailored to your injury, posture habits, and nutrition. That bit of "homework" makes a big difference in keeping results consistent.
